hitmotize.com was acquired to help a group of workers that were facing a shutdown of a forum. Since that time they have found a solution to that problem. Many of those workers can be found now on the new TurkerNation Slack Channel.
A few months ago before we knew TurkerNation would be closing, I identified a need for a place to compile a list of qualifications. As a new worker, I noticed other workers would post them randomly throughout various forums to share with other workers; but, I could not find a comprehensive list of available qualifications.
There was an attempt to start a list at the former TurkerNation forum, but with it’s closing there remains no comprehensive list. Various forums have qualification threads that their users contribute to, however, our goal is to maintain an updated comprehensive list that can be accessed by all workers, no matter which forum you call home.
This is a fairly new project run by volunteers, any input you have is welcome and we would love for people to join our effort. Hitmotize is and will remain free for everyone. You can leave your comments below to tell us what you think or contact us to join the team.
IF YOU WANT TO ADD A QUALIFICATION TO HITMOTIZE PLEASE COMMENT BELOW WITH THE INFORMATION. WE WILL IDENTIFY & RECOGNIZE TOP CONTRIBUTORS

I have been looking for help with these scripts everywhere, I have followed instructions and reached out for help at all designated locations, inc that above. Nothing, No help. Has it gotten so competitive that people can go thru all the trouble to make these pages and then that is it? I imagine everyone is crazy busy, but I really could use some guidance.

Hi! I can understand your frustration. It can be especially confusing if you are not familiar with the “techy” kind of stuff and some of the tools are just klunky. Even with a pretty good tech type background, I struggled to wrap my head around the tools and how to use the ones that work best for me. And you’re right, there are bits and pieces scattered throughout different forums which can be confusing too. I have not turked a lot lately because life has been full of other problems and turking was more of a hobby for me than an income stream I needed. I wrote The Skinny post to help newbies, but I know I strayed to ramble (I tend to do that) and I didn’t really finish it up the way I hoped to shed light on the tools. Check it out (on the menu). Since the time has passed since I was very active, I believe there have been some even newer tools that have been released by some great people in the Turking world. Without a lot of time and it being a while for me, I might not be able to help. But, I found the best group of helpful people I found were at Turk Nation, who now can be found (for free) on Slack. They can answer a lot of questions, but keep in mind, every Turker have their own “work flow” and use the tools they find best for them, where there might be other tools that do similar or the same things. It’s really a huge learning curve. It sounds like you are frustrated but the best advice I can give you is to not give up, there ARE helpful people around in this game. Join the Turk Nation Slack channel and that might get you headed in the right direction. You will get a feel for who contributes there the most and who can help unveil some of the mystery!
